You may know Einstein Bros by their bagels in some Costco locations, which are huge, relatively delicious, and good value (at least in Costco). Einstein Brothers has opened their first location in Fresno on Highway 41 and Friant. I never knew that they were a national brand, but that is good news for Fresno considering we just lost the only TGI Fridays in the entirety of the valley.
There are also 4 more locations planned throughout the Central Valley. It’s probably easy to Einstein Brothers considering that there aren’t that many bagel places in Fresno (and the valley), and possibly bringing in those familiar with their bagels thanks to Costco.
