About a year ago, I was gifted chocolate on Christmas, and that is when I first learned about Raphio Chocolate. Raphio Chocolate is based right here in Fresno! The chocolates I have tried was a Meyer Lemon Olive Oil (that’s quite a mouthful) and standard 72% dark chocolate bar. I’m a huge fan of dark chocolate so the bars did not disappoint. They also have a memorable hexagon design. Anyways, Raphio does chocolate tours. Tickets are at most $20 a person (it’s lower the more tickets you buy at once), and there are options for private tours (weekly) or a public tour (joined by other guests; monthly). Spots fill up quickly so the actual dates you can do a tour vary.
