Yoshino’s Resturaunt has now been doing business for 42 years, something that should be celebrated when you consider how much of Fresno changes (and what the pandemic has done to many places). It of course serves Japanese food, and has a sushi bar. Yoshino’s was formerly located in River Park for years until they changed their location sometime in 2020.

Their new address since then is 6226 N Blackstone Avenue. Yoshino’s is not only on the list of Best of the Valley Restaurant Awards, but its original owner, who passed in 2006, Ichiro Yoshino will be recognized as one of the first Hall of Fame inductees. Mayor Jerry Dyer says he is happy to celebrate alongside the owner of Yoshino restaurant as they reach this milestone. The event celebrating the anniversary will take place on October 15th at 6:00pm at the restaurant.
